  • You must make your claim within 15 days of receiving your parcel.

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable.

Important Notes for All Claims (Exchanges, Replacements, Returns, and Refunds):

  1. Condition of Item: To be eligible, your item must be unused and in the same condition and original packaging as when you received it.

  2. Proof of Purchase: You’ll need your receipt or proof of purchase. For faulty or damaged items, please make a video while unboxing your parcel to show it was our fault.

  3. Contact Us Immediately: Please contact us as soon as possible if you have an issue. For faulty goods, we will offer a full refund or exchange within 7 working days of your claim.

Refunds (If Applicable)

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email or your contact number about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will be automatically transferred to your provided account within 7 working days.

Shipping Costs for Exchanges and Replacements

  • You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for exchanging or replacing returned items.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping charges will be deducted from your total refund amount.
