We’re happy to offer free shipping on all orders that are paid for in advance (pre-payment). For orders where payment is made upon delivery (post-payment), a flat shipping fee of Rs. 200 will be added to your total.

Returns & Refunds:
We want you to be thrilled with your order! If, by any chance, an item arrives damaged, we’re here to help. To be eligible for a refund on a damaged item, you must provide a clear, uninterrupted unboxing video when your parcel arrives. This video is crucial as it serves as the necessary proof of damage during transit. Without a complete unboxing video, we unfortunately cannot process a refund for damaged goods. However, if your product is indeed damaged upon arrival and you have provided the video, we will issue a 100% refund for the damaged item.
