1. Payment Methods & Processing

To ensure the most efficient processing of your orders, we currently operate on an Advance Payment basis only.

• Current Accepted Methods: Bank Transfer and EasyPaisa.

• Cash on Delivery (COD): Please note that COD is temporarily unavailable due to technical updates. We are working diligently to reactivate this service soon and appreciate your patience.

Orders are processed once payment verification is complete. Please share a screenshot of your payment confirmation with our team on +923365555667 to expedite the dispatch process.

2. Delivery Timelines

Once your payment is verified, your order will be dispatched within 24–48 hours.

• Standard Delivery: 3 to 5 business days.

• Express Delivery (Selected Areas): 1 to 2 business days.

Note: Delivery times may vary slightly during public holidays or high-demand sale periods.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and your delivery location. The final shipping fee will be displayed at the checkout page before you complete your payment.

4. Order Tracking

Once your package is handed over to our courier partner, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or Email. You can use this number on the courier’s website to monitor your shipment’s progress in real-time.

5. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact number are accurate at the time of purchase. Sipify is not responsible for deliveries failed due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.
